Your school has spent a lot of money on a new school hall sound and lighting system. Great! – but how does it all work?!
Or the teacher who knew about such equipment has now moved on – and hasn’t told anyone else how it works! And you might have similar challenges with some of the AV technology in your classrooms.
No problem! Here at TSS, we pride ourselves on offering after-sales training that’s some of the best in the business.
There are three types of training for you to choose from…
This is the basic group training for those who will be occasional or regular users of the technology and who only need to learn about the most regularly used features. Typically, this would be run by one of our engineers.
There will usually be 1 or 2 people who need to know more than just the basics, so we will cover more features with them. This could be run by one of our engineers, or depending on the equipment it may be run by a product specialist from the manufacturer.
From time to time, we also run training for a specific product, product range or specialist technology.
With both General and Advanced training we will often run this in 2 parts – we will do a first session to cover the basics and some of the more common advanced features. We will then come back once you’ve had a chance to use your equipment for a while and cover some more areas based on what you’ve found challenging while you’ve been using the equipment.
