Imagine you’re a drama teacher, business manager or facilities manager in a school, and you’ve been tasked with turning a classroom into a drama studio.

Where do you start? Who can do this for you? How much will it cost?

Well, if that’s you then you’ve come to the right place!

Getting a new drama studio for your school doesn’t have to be rocket science.

We’ve created a handy estimate builder that will take you through the steps to create your drama studio, and at the end it will email you an estimate of the investment you’ll need.

There are no technical questions, and if at any point you don’t know the answer to a question, then you can go with our recommended options – these are the options that we have found to be the most popular from our 20 years experience of working with schools like yours.

To get started, just click on the ‘Build My Drama Studio‘ button below…

What happens when I click on the button?

Once you click on the ‘Build My Drama Studio’ button, you’ll start our builder process.

It will ask you a series of questions to work out what you need from your drama studio, and will build the perfect package for you and your school.

The questions will be:

  • Size of the room (approximations will do at this stage)
  • How many lighting bars
  • How many lights & if you need lighting control
  • Whether you need sound
  • Whether you want to black-box the room
  • Anything else we might need to know.

For each question we’ll explain what we need to know, and why it’s important.

If you don’t know the answers to any of these, then we will always give you our recommendation based on the answers you’ve given so far.

Once you’ve answered all the questions, just pop in your email and the estimator will then send you over an estimate of the price for your drama studio.

Simple!

Just click on the button to start building YOUR drama studio.

What happens next?

Once you’ve built your drama studio using our estimator, you will probably be in one of these 3 positions:

1. The price is in line with your budget and you’re keen to get started!

If this is you, that’s great!

We’ll send you the link to our bookings calendar so you can find a time that suits you for a visit.

We’ll come and meet with you at the school, find out a bit more about you and what you’re wanting to achieve, visit the space that you want to convert and take some detailed measurements.

We’ll take those away and turn your estimate into your detailed quotation.

And when you’re ready to go ahead, we’ll get the ball rolling with dates and schedules to get the transformation underway!

2. You’re only really at the research stage at the moment, and just needed an idea on price.

If that’s you, then you’ve got what you need!

Your estimate will give you an idea of the sort of budget you need to get your drama studio up and running.

If you’re applying for grants or internal funding, then this should give you the information you need to get an application underway.

We’ll save your estimate in our system, so when you’re ready to go ahead, we’ll have all the information here for you to come back to.

3. The estimate is more than you were expecting!

If you’re in this position then don’t panic, you’ve got a couple of options.

First, it’s worth saying that if you’re just looking for the cheapest price then you probably won’t find it here. The products we use are carefully chosen to make sure that they represent great value – and we believe that value is about more than just price.

If you’re looking for a quality installation, but you don’t have the budget right now for exactly what you want, then just talk to us. You’ve got a few options, including phased installation, or a combination of installation and hire.

We're in this for the long term

Whichever of the categories above you fall into, we are here to help.

Our aim is to build long-term relationships with our customers. We’re not interested in the one-off sale – where we really add value is through our long term partnership with schools.

If you can’t do all of it now, that’s OK! We believe that if a job’s worth doing, it’s worth doing properly. We don’t cut corners, and neither should you!

We’ll work with you to help you prioritise the work that needs doing so that you get what you need, over time, in the most cost-effective way.

If you want to discuss this, or any other project you’ve got in mind, then give one of the team a call to see how we can help.
