Launched earlier this month, the new round is exceptional emergency funding for organisations that are at imminent risk of failure (this is a real risk of them no longer trading within 12 weeks of application), and who have exhausted all other options for support.
There’s a maximum of £3m available, with a minimum grant of £25,000.
Applicants need to show how the grant will get them back to financial viability by 31st December 2021.
There is a 2 stage process to apply – first you must get ‘permission to apply’, and once that is received you have 5 working days to submit your application.
Applications can be made at any time up to the 30th September.
All the details and how to apply can be found here.
2 schemes are currently open for applications, closing on the 23rd May and 7th June.
