“1 year down of many I hope. I don’t think there is any degree or training to prepare someone for my role as it is so bespoke to this company, and I really enjoy this aspect of my work. We don’t always get everything 100% correct but there really is a culture of learning from mistakes and working hard to get it right next time. I’ve made it my mission to spot the broken stuff and make a plan to fix it… Thankful I’ve been empowered to run with this!”
