Crew and Logisitics Coordinator

Nikki started with the business in 2022 and works hard behind the scenes to have everything organised from transport through to crew.

What’s a typical day in your current role at TSS?

Mostly sat at a desk, organizing all the moving parts of the projects we have on. Making sure the people and transport aspect of things runs smoothly… well, as much as possible!

What’s your favourite part of your job?

I love it when a plan comes together!!!

What did you do before joining TSS? Why/how did you get into the industry?

All sorts! I’ve worked in recruitment, pastoral care, directing/choreographing productions, massage therapy and running my own business. I guess all of these things give you a collection of tools only the events industry can appreciate.

What are your favourite/most interesting/most unusual gigs/jobs you’ve done in the past?

Directing I guess, it was brilliant to have some really talented people to work with like an artist would use paint and a brush to create something really awesome.

What do you do in your spare time?

Train my dog. He’s a really smart breed so he can learn things so fast.

What TV show is your guilty pleasure?  

NCIS. And I’m not even slightly ashamed!

Who would you most like to be stranded on a desert island with?

Someone who can get me off… I recon Elon Musk would be able to engineer up something but so would my husband, and he’s cheaper to hire.
