We are hiring! – Finance and Business Manager

If you’ve got a head for figures and love a good spreadsheet, then you might be a great fit for this role!

We’re looking for someone with an accounting background (either qualified or with suitable experience) and business acumen who can help to keep the business numbers on track and support the Senior Leadership Team with anything finance related.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team you’ll play a vital role in the decisions taken to drive the business forward in its next stage of growth.

You’ll also have an understanding of HR and people management, but you’ll be supported by our external HR consultant so you don’t need to be all over the detail.

It goes without saying that you’ll have great attention to detail and you’ll be a problem solver – we want our finance team to work out how they can say yes, rather than being the ones who always say no!
