Funding of £750,000 – £1m is available to fund projects for a 3 year period from April 2022 to March 2025.
Funding is directed to those areas where cultural engagement is the lowest in the country – of the 109 areas eligible, 70 of these are in the North and Midlands. You can view the full list of eligible areas here.
The Arts Council are keen for local organisations to work together to create relevant projects. They are particularly keen for community and voluntary groups to get involved. So if you’re in one of these areas, you can register your interest now and be connected with other organisations in your area to create joint projects.
Applications open on the 6th April, and close on the 11th June.
