It’s official – the 3rd Monday in January is the most depressing day of the year!
Known as ‘Blue Monday’, the Samaritans are turning the day around with its ‘Brew Monday’ campaign.
The aim is to get people talking to each other, which is more important than ever at the moment.
We ran this for the first time in 2021, and we hope you can join us again this year.
We’ll be holding our own virtual ‘Brew Monday’ event on Monday 17th January from 10am till 2pm.
Drop in for a brew and a catch up at any point during the day (but you’ll have to make your own beverage!) – we’d love to see you.
