We did a dry hire of a stage and sound equipment at very short notice for an indoor venue. Jonathan delivered all the equipment on time, and fitted it up quickly and efficiently, in a very professional and organised manner. The collection was the same. We would thoroughly recommend Technical Stage Services, especially Jonathan who was a real pro, easy to work with but professional with it. I work in a school and over the summer period, my main task was to replace a large number of Projector & Interactive-Whiteboard installations with new equipment, I wanted to replace them with Interactive TV's because of the lower maintenance requirements and longer life-span, not to mention the aesthetic improvement of replacing a faded projection with a new, bright, clear image provided by a high resolution screen. As is always the case however, I was mindful that I also had a budget to work to. Enter Technical Stage Services. I received a variety of pricing options for different screen sizes and model's, as well as the recommended heavy duty mounts and cables I would require, once I had narrowed down my options I very quickly received a final quote with a very competitive price. I manged to get everything I needed very quickly, any technical questions I had were answered almost immediately and a suitable date for installation was agreed and booked. The install day went very well, everything was taken to the right rooms, installed and tested, all the packaging was taken away and the rooms left clean and tidy. Sounds too good to be true? Well about half way through the install we hit a snag. As one of the TV's was being unpacked it was obvious it was damaged, it was packaged back up and loaded back on to the van while arrangements were made to get a replacement screen installed as soon as possible, I was impressed with the efficiency but asked them to hold off on replacing the screen as I wanted to use the opportunity to try and upgrade the screen I had chosen to a larger size. The next day I arranged for the larger model TV to be installed and a change to the quote was given right away for the difference in price. The quote was approved and a few days later the new larger TV was installed and commissioned. Perfect! Needless to say I will definitely be using Technical Stage Services again, very soon.
