Dan Dawson Company Director Dan is the Director of Technical Stage Services and is in charge of the running of all aspects of the company. He set up the company in 2001 after graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Live Performance Technology. Dan has many years of experience in all aspects of the technology used in live events. In addition to his degree Dan is also a qualified electrician, holds a City and Guilds qualification in PAT testing as well as holding an IPAF certificate, Telehandler certificate, various rigging certificates, the inspection of PPE and rescue training for working at height to name some of his additional training. Contact: dan@technicalstageservices.co.uk Matthew Lindgren General Manager Matthew joined the team in 2010 as our General Manager. Mat has responsibility for the day to day running of the business. Mat has a huge level of experience in business and management which led him to run a construction company in Leeds for 6 years before joining Technical Stage Services. Contact: mat@technicalstageservices.co.uk Dave Jackson Business Development Dave joined Technical Stage Services in 2006 after working at York's Grand Opera House for 14 years as their Technical Manager. As well as the role of Business Development Dave is also the company's Health and Safety manager and deals with our transport fleet including vans and forklift trucks. Contact: dave@technicalstageservices.co.uk Chris Ryan Head of Projects Chris has been with the company for over 2 years and has seen his role expand to become head of our projects department. Chris has responsibility for the completion of projects from the quotation stages right through to customer hand over. He can also be seen out and about servicing and installing as well as the many other tasks he undertakes for us. Contact: chris@technicalstageservices.co.uk Jon Andrews Hire and Warehouse Jon is the newest member of the team and is responsible for ensuring that the warehouse is kept in order, ensuring that hires are ready when they need to be and is also often involved in running events on site. Jon is never happier than when he's sitting behind a lighting desk! Contact: jon@technicalstageservices.co.uk Sharon Dawson Financial Manager Sharon is the company's finance manager and deals with all things financial with the assistance of Katrina. Contact: sharon@technicalstageservices.co.uk Katrina Hervey Finance and Legal Katrina assists Sharon in running the company's finance department.
